  • Really interesting and well presented museum. Well worth the visit. I loved the comparative outlay of boats through different historical periods, showing their cross-section in one of the museum walls.

  • If you are curious about archaeology and specifically how archaeology is performed underwater this is your place. The displays chronicle the entire process from discovery to recovery of not only buildings and structures but sunken vessels. With numerous interactive displays and videos, you are walked through and immersed in each and every aspect of underwater archaeological recovery. Well thought out and engaging timelines depicting ancient maritime capabilities and reach.

  • Excellent facilities and presentation of the Mediterranean history of shipping as well as the preservation of historical sites and artifacts. Clear and easy to understand , presented in many languages. Weekends are free but admission is low anyway. This is a good way to ensure that one can visit the museum and learn a lot, even though he or she might not be able to afford it.

  • Interesting displays, some interactive with most information in English as well as Spanish.

  • Had a good couple of hours with the family browsing the museum. Very interesting and lots of interaction for our granddaughter's.
