  • Great place to take the kids! We stayed for about 4 hrs but could have stayed longer. My boys had a blast digging for fossils and mining for gems. They were so excited that they got to keep gems that they found.

  • Incredible day trip for our nearly three year old daughter and our family. Be prepared to spend 3.5 hours here or more. After visiting their Planetarium and Solar House and looking through one exhibit thoroughly and one other exhibit quickly (there are a total of five exhibit areas) we ran out of time after two hours had flown by. The cafe is quaint but acceptable, with a good selection of hot food and off the shelf options. The gift shop has cool nicnacs that are mostly reasonable in their variety and price. Best of all, tickets were $10-15 per person and Planetarium tickets were very cheap at $3.5 per person. Highly recommended.

  • Wonderful museum! We loved visiting today! Purchased a year's pass that creates access here and numerous places in Georgia and across the county. A wonderful experience and encourage all to go! My 6 y/old grandson loved it!

  • Very nice museum. Not terribly large, but they pack a lot into it. Very well maintained. Super clean. Great place to take kids! Good prices too!

  • Had a great time at the museum. The kids loved all the exhibits especially the hands on displays. They really enjoyed the sound experiments, the gem mining and fossil dig. We also came for the Night at the Museum and they enjoyed meeting all of the historical figures and the Star Wars characters. Will definitely be back.
