Castle Douglas Swimming Pool is safe and modern and people of all skill level of the family can enjoy their time here. At their state of the art facility you can learn water aerobics, lifesaving lessons as well as customized training programmes that are designed and taught by the efficient professionals. The fitness center also has qualified staff to help you out in free-weight, resistance and cardio exercises. The Swedish styled Sauna is set up at a log cabin and can accommodate up to 10 guests at once.
