Sm Seaside City Cebu - Review
The centrepiece of SM Seaside Complex, the SM Seaside City Cebu is a posh shopping arena owned and developed by SM Prime Holdings. Sprawling over thirty hectares, this mixed use development at the South Road Properties is now the third largest mall in the Philippines city and the sixth largest in the world. The mall consists of multiple anchors including a two story SM Store and SM Supermarket. There are two Director’s Club Cinemas, four regular cinemas, a large screen cinema and a centerstage theatre. The 18-lane bowling and amusement center, the Olympic size skate rink and the 150 meter rooftop Sky Park with the Cube and around 447 food and retail shops featuring popular brands are the attractions of the mall.

Sm Seaside City Cebu, Cebu City Reviews
Does this mall ever get busy? Not that I'm complaining, but hard to see how they can make money (aside from really high prices) when they don't have a strong steady stream of customers. Anyway, very clean and well kept. Bright. Lots and lots of stores, entertainment for kids, spas and such. Very nice cinemas. Might be a bit overwhelming for the average shopper (especially for the prices). I'd suggest a little more signage to help find places/stores. Location map kiosks situated throughout each floor would be ideal. Direct mall staff, such as lower level infobooth attendants and some security guards need work on customer service skills and presence. Overall, its a nice huge mall, but does nothing to make me want/need to go there over the more convenient and obviously more visited SM City Mall Cebu.
I would prefer to go to this mall instead of any other place in Cebu City, at least this place is least crowded as compared to other big Malls in the city. You have most of the brand outlets here and much bigger in size with loads of variety, even during sale this period is not that crowded. The only issue is getting taxi at mall closing hours, if you are going in your own car then it's absolutely fine else plan to leave early to get a transport easily.
Biggest mall in Cebu indeed! It houses both AB and CD brands. Almost have everything! Unique in a way because the mall is a big circle and you can walk from point A and back. There are golf carts for senior citizens and pregnant women or for those tired of going round and round, top to bottom. Standard SM Mall comfort rooms, far in between. Same with trash bins. Rare. The mall is usually mild and quiet on weekdays. On weekends or holidays, no matter how big the aisles are, you would still have the greatest chances of being bumped on by someone else.
Wow! This place is big! Almost too big. The top level has a great outside walk around with shops and cafes. Inside... everything! You can go bowling, see a movie, buy a car, eat cuisine from anywhere in the world, Ride elevators, escalators and walk upstairs. There are shops from North face to Prada, coach to SM market. Pretty much a one shot destination if you want to escape the heat and shop all day long and stay in the building. This place is it very clean and safe retreat if you’ve just had enough Cebu city.
Superb! Me and my girlfriend used to spend our weekend time here. Lovely place to stroll around. Skypark is the highlight of this place. Not just because of its atmosphere but of its view (city lights, mountains, and the sea). Captivating shopping stores especially the restaurants. It's like all that you're looking for a mall is already here.
