Temple Of Leah - Review
Temple of Leah was built in the year 2012 and is often referred to as the Taj Mahal of Cebu. This is because the temple is a wonderful gesture of love from a husband for his late wife. However, unlike the Taj Mahal, Temple of Leah is a shrine that holds the treasures and memories of Leah Albino-Adarna who is the late wife of Teodorico Soriano Adarna. The gigantic gold lions, the grand staircase and each element here are worth appreciating.

Temple Of Leah, Cebu City Reviews
The Temple of Leah is a privately built temple dedicated to the wife of the owner who's the patriarch of the Adarna family of Cebu, real estate industrialists. It was started in 2011 and is currently a work in progress. That hasn't stopped people from visiting though. Entrance is P50. There isn't a lot you can do there though except take photos, enjoy the view and inhale the fresh mountain air. This is far from the city center of Cebu. I highly suggest you rent a car if you're coming here as there is no public transport available.
For a city view experience, go somewhere else free or dine in some resto within the area until they are done renovating the place. I visited the place 2 years ago and just disappointed that the renovation is still ongoing when I brought friends from abroad 2 weeks ago. We only have to enjoy the city view and was not able to enter the temple part. It would be good if they will inform you before paying the entrance fee.
For now, I wouldn't recommend going there. Since the temple itself is still under construction (upgrade). Though you can still go there and get a few shots. You'll be able to take a photo of Cebu from that height and the outside area is probably done. Personally, not worth the 50.00 Pesos Entrance fee and parking there. (You'll need a car since the place is high up, or take a van or even a tour of some sort.)
When we went there last June 26, the temple itself was closed due to renovation/restoration of the ceiling so we weren't rellay able to enjoy and see the inside of the temple, but the view outside was breath taking. You can see almost the whole of Cebu city up to the port (east side)and on the west side the hills of Cebu..what a view!
The temple itself is actually quite small and not much to see. Also nothing historic, because the temple was just started to build in 2011 and looks like a 1:1 copy from greek. But the look out is reall nice. When you are in the area anyway and travelling with a car you can have a nice stop.
