Yap Sandiego Ancestral House - Review
This historic house is close to two centuries old. The house is owned by Maria Florido and Don Juan Yap and has been preserved beautifully. A visit here sheds light upon the lifestyles and architecture of people hundreds of years ago. Unlike a regular museum, the house is more informal and you even get to touch and feel the objects. Still retaining most of its original structure, the house is made of wood and stones. Visitors can see not just everyday dinner sets but also religious items and furniture that is as old as the house. It offers a great peek into traditional Filipino customs and lifestyle.

Yap Sandiego Ancestral House, Cebu City Reviews
It is so historical place in Cebu city. This old house is owned by Chinese-Filipino since 17 century. So long time ago. You can learn part of Philippines history here. Better you visit if you have time.
A 2 storey building perfectly preserved and maintained by descendants. An entrance fee of 40php and log your name and address on the book as visitors.Antiques cookwares, musical instruments, sewing machines, beds, pictures etc awesome as if youre going back hows life at that time, a time machine indeed. Amazing even the wooden doors had a secret lock. A must visiting place when vacationing Cebu.
Amazing house with so much antique collection! Guides are very friendly. Picture taking is encouraged.
This is Cebu's oldest standing house. Built for the Jesuit Missionaries about AD1675. The entrance fee includes a guide. Interesting to see how they lived back then. Across the road is a large monument to the Heroes.
Nice house full of antiques. They let you touch and picture everything, they even let you sit on the furniture and will take great pictures of you while touring around!
