Torre di Barbaresco is a tower that was constructed with bricks during the second half of the 14th century and is a quadrangular stem of nine meters on either side with a unique entrance at thirteen meters from the ground. The tower overlooks the Tanaro valley and on this day houses the sensory analysis room, the Multimedia Cavazza Museum as well as a large terrace that is used for events and dinners. There are multimedia screens that are great for knowing more about the history of the tower through several eras. The restored Torre di Barbaresco offers jaw-dropping panoramic views of the area and beyond.
