The Aiguille de Midi is a mountain in the Mont Blanc massif in the Alps. It has an elevation of around 3842 meters. A must visit for hardcore mountaineers and trekkers, the mountain can also be conquered via a ride in the cable car! The view from the top is spectacular. Plan de l’Aiguille (2,354m) is a mid station of the Aiguille du Midi cable car. It is a starting point for all sorts of sports-skiing (winter), hiking, rock climbing, paragliding etc (summer/autumn). “Step into the Void”, a glass skywalk is a major attraction atop the mountain.
