Horrible staff looking to rip soldiers off. I have never had so much trouble with on post housing as I've had with Ft Riley.
We lived in Old Warner Peterson on Wofford and then we moved to the newer homes on Tobie Court. Both houses were very well maintained and we never had any issues with the staff or any maintenance issues. The newer houses are beautiful and spacious, The community center is wonderful, and the zero entry pool was one of my favorite features. There are playgrounds everywhere, and ours was fenced in, which made it really convenient for some of the parents with younger children. I would highly recommend living on post.
I went here last summer and it was the best
I wish there was more for adults to do beside float.
Staff at this facility is so rude. I have had mold coming out of our outlets twice and was told it was from the pipes in the attic? And that when we use the air conditioning it leaks but they aren't going to do anything about it until it's officially summer?! I have an infant in our house and literally had to fight the guy to do something to prevent any mold accumulating in our house! They have come and dug up our front yard without saying a word to us and never fixed it so now we have a huge pile of dirt sitting in the front yard that they won't fix that I called several times about. I mean I can literally go on and on about this place. Please, if you're new to fort riley, consider living in a different neighborhood because this community office doesn't care for their residents.
