  • The North Charleston Coliseum is one of my favorite sports and event venues in the Charleston area. I have been to countless basketball games, hockey matches, concerts, and graduations ever since they opened and have had a great experience each time. The arena is just the right size and it is at its best during a sold out game or concert when every seat is filled and the place is rocking. There is plenty of parking available even during the most crowded events and it is easy to get in and out of as there are several entrance and exit roads that are between two interstates. I still get excited going to events here and look forward to each visit as I know it will be fun and exciting every time.

  • By far the worst experience I have ever had at any venue.the show this evening was something that my daughter and I have been excited to see you together for quite some time. I paid good money to make sure we had excellent viewing seats. We get there and someone had taken our seats. Not that someone had taken our seats the venue seat of these people in our seats. And they would not remove them. They said that they could accommodate us. We were taken to the desk to see if they could relocate us. We were told they had nothing that was as good as the seats that we had. They tried to take us one of the location then a second location then a third location then a fourth location then a v location which was four sections away from where we were supposed to be located. They finally so-called accommodated us four sections away and higher up then the seats that I purchased. And we're not apologetic whatsoever every turn we took going through the process from 1 to 5 that I described said oh no we cannot relocate those people we cannot do this we cannot do that when these people are not in the seats that they had purchased to begin with. Horrible horrible service at the North Charleston coliseum.

  • Great venue to see a concert. There are hotels within walking distance and parking is plentiful. Pay attention where you park or enter the building because it's easy to get turned around or lost. I am not sure the are any bad seats in this venue.

  • Enjoyed our visit to the PAC last week to see Finding Neverland. Love how they bring in these great traveling Broadway shows. Parking was a piece of cake with attendants guiding you every step of the way. Remember to check the bag policy before going! They only allow small size purses and prefer see-through pouches to facilitate bag inspections. You may be asked to return your oversized purses to your vehicle before entry.

  • There was an usher named Mary that did an outstanding job while helping my Mother, Sister-in-law and myself at my niece's graduation. She really went out of her way. I truly appreciate everything she did!
