This is an initiative to make a child’s life better by all ways and means. They try to involve children in interactive activities to make them learn while having fun. They also work towards increasing social and health awareness among children and young mothers.
This museum has a lot of hands on exhibits so that children can touch, feel and manipulate all of these according to them. The parents can also involve themselves in some of the activities and revive their childhood for some time. The museum has animal, water, science and fiction displays. Children can ride a pirate ship, go rowing and even drive trucks. Little astronomers can find their universe in here and the scientists can also experiment in the laboratories. The added attractions are the puppet and other 3D shows held in here.
There are false waterfalls, treasure troves and other places to play all sorts of suspense games and there is also a golf range here for the little ones and their parents to race golf balls! The mission is to create fond memories in children, give them a positive zeal in life and make sure that they leave the place with a little more knowledge and broad smile on their faces.

Children's Museum Of The Lowcountry Reviews & Ratings
My older son who is 9 loves all of the exhibits. The staff was super friendly and the snack/gift shop at the entrance was really nice! The “gem stones” for purchase was a really fun treat for my son as well! The nursing area is very nice as well! Great comfy chairs to take a break in with my 2 month old!
Our son absolutely loved it here. Although he’s only 2, there were plenty of things for him to do. This is an excellent to bring your kid to let them run around and play. He was sad we had to leave after 2 hours of playing. There are so many more things here he’ll be able to experience in a few years once he’s bigger. We’ll definitely be back.
My kids had a blast. Played for hours. Anything from hand painting, outside play, castle play and just overall good environment for kids to play and get along with each other. We'll go back. They also offer a discount for people receiving Medicaid. A year pass is really steeply discounted.
Adorable little place. Great place to bring the kids (young kids) for the day. Best for age groups from toddler to around 10. The do a great job of maintaining the facility and they offer little classes for the kids to enjoy. It's a great day trip or afternoon hangout. And quite reasonably priced.
So beautiful and My sister (3 years old) and her friend (boy 4yrs old ) had fun and even I had fun! It was so beautiful with creative exhibits and nice fun things my favorite was definetelty the grocery store , pirate ship, and even the castle . There were fun little centers with a lot of thought put into it . Really recommend.
