This factory is located in the Downtown area of the city and specializes in producing simple and small batch spirits such as gin, rum, whiskey, vodka, etc with very simple knowledge of culinary skills. The owner namely Scott Blackwell is a trained baker and knows all techniques of cooking.

As you go inside this distillery it will feel like you are in a page of a science book. The large equipments used for distilating, refining and fermenting raw stuffs look amazing. You can also see how they are filled, wrapped, packed and branded in the same place. They also organize tasting sessions on a couple of weekdays every week.
