  • Great place to hang out with friends or family, grab a beer and play some pool. They have an extensive selection of draft beers and very tasty bar food. We scarfed down the fried mushrooms and pecan-crusted pimento cheese ball. The bartenders were knowledgeable and friendly. An awesome afternoon having fun. Only down side was it wasn’t heated. But don’t let that stop you!

  • One of my new favorite breweries. We were visiting Charleston and came to Holy City on a recommendation and it was fantastic. It was our favorite brewery the whole visit(and we love beer) Their beers are excellent, as well as their food, and the whole staff is awesome. Zack specifically really impressed us. He literally is an ambassador for his city and the brewery he works for. He helped us plan the rest of our trip. Will definitely be recommending them to other people I know and will be making a trip back.

  • While this appears to be a hole-in-the-wall place, it is much better than it looks. They are more industrial looking, but they are a brewery and they manufacture the beer and are an industry. The kitchen attached to it was very good. I got the pork-strami Reuben which was so good. Very good meat with a good sauerkraut on it. The fries are square cut, buy light fairly crispy and have the little crunchy bits at the bottom. The beer was very good. I got 2 Porters, and 2 imperial stouts. All were really good, but the Imperial stout aged in red wine barrels was the best. May be among the best stouts I have ever had. Was smooth with a burnt tatse yet fairly fruity. Only bad things were the table were not very good and they do not allow dogs. I would have brought my Pembroke Welsh Corgi were it not for that.

  • Beer is good. Food is descent. The big problem is there is no "normal" seating. The options are high bar stools and picnic tables with fixed benches. We tried bringing my disabled mother in law here with us not knowing what to expect and there was no place for her to sit. I'm pretty sure ADA requires at least some accessible seating options. Would love to come back but we only come here to visit her so not gonna work.

  • Great beers. Excellent friendly staff. Reasonable prices. Inside and outside seating. Good food at good price. Hard to find from the street. Back of an industrial section.
