Great date night with my wife. The ambiance was romantic with candles and flowers and live jazz. The food and wine were fantastic. Would definitely go again! It's a little on the pricey side but worth it.
Bread was good. Service good but the soup I ordered tomato bisque was terrible. Over seasoned and flavors over powering. My partner and I ordered the spaghetti bolognese. Noodles under cooked sauce over powering. I make better sauce at home. Over priced for food never so glad to be home and my partner immediately got sick after we left. Never going back!,,,
Nice atmosphere. Great music. Great patio. Food is above par.
Poor service-- all of the staff, with the exception of the owner, seemed to be in a bad mood. The food was also inadequate. I ordered the special, which was roughly 4 oz. of scallops, salmon and swordfish --all of which were overcompensated with different sauces. I sat outside, which would have been pleasant without the swarm of flies that interrupted our dining experience (the flies literally forced my dinner date and I to actually move inside as soon as the food arrived). I personally do not recommend the lobster bisque, also one of the specials of the evening --it tasted as if they merely added chewy lobster to the tomato bisque soup, a regular item on the menu. I was also not pleased with their version of "bruschetta," being an Italian restaurant I thought this was one appetizer they would nail. Wrong. I sought out this restaurant after learning that one of my old go-to restaurants, Sette VII, had closed. Overall, the experience and food was an overpriced disappointment.
good food, nice atmosphere and service, a bit pricey
