  • My husband and I returned to Jefferson Vineyards in July 2019 after taking a few years off of the VA winery scene due to our move to NC and having children . Jefferson Vineyards used to be one of my favorite vineyards in the Cville area. I was so excited to go back. The view is still amazing, but the wine was not as good as I remember it being. It used to be a quieter place, not so crowded, and more peaceful. One of the best Cab Francs I have ever had was from there. To be fair, we did go on a weekend. It was very crowded, the space could not handle the number of people. The wine was ok. We bought two bottles. However, we joined wine clubs and bought whole cases at other places we visited.

  • Took the dogs, shared some wine in chairs on their lawn. Great wine tasting, knowledgeable staff. All and all very pleasant experience 🙂

  • Love Jefferson Vineyard! Best Rose’ in the county. The staff is very pleasant and personable. Gorgeous venue & so close to town

  • It is conveniently located close to 64 and nicely landscaped. The tasting room is a little small but the folks know their wine. Very friendly service and killer wines. The meritage collection is amazing but the bottle of a meritage hours around fifty bucks. I would definitely come back for more

  • This winery is very beautiful. Staff is very pleasant. I absolutely loved the Viognier. It is one of my favorites I have tasted thus far. I would most definitely come back here.
