Lyndale Park Gardens - Review
This lovely park is one of the oldest parks in the city. It was constructed in 1907 and actual planting began in 1908. This is a Japanese garden with many small ponds in between. A beautiful rose garden, well-developed bird sanctuary and peace-garden make this a great place to visit. You can also learn how to plant roses and take care of them. There are fountains everywhere which make this place lively. Come with your family to take a peaceful walk or come with children and let them play in this beautiful garden.

Lyndale Park Gardens, Minneapolis Reviews
I'm a sticker for parks so this party is always one of my favorites to comment on. OK, Lyndale Park Gardens is the secret undercover name of the beautiful rose gardens area over by the lake off Kings Highway. Beautiful place to walk at twilight, or a dawn across the street is a nature walk along with an Asian inspired bridge over to a meticulously crafted rock and succulent garden. Go. Sit in the tent too.
Absolutely lovely! After enjoying the flowers we walked the dog around the lake and enjoyed a concert at Lake Harriet band shell. A Mpls treasure. Family friendly.
Spectacular, well-tended and diverse types of gardens right by beautiful Lake Harriet. This is one of my favorite places to walk in Minneapolis.
This is where my wife and I got married. We stood by the little waterfall area with the small pond waterfall deal. The place is beautiful with plenty of paths to walk around. It's not all paved so strollers beware.
Stop. Take a walk. Take a picture. It's a pretty place worth a visit.
