There was a hair in my food so they took my omelet back to remake it after waiting 10 minutes for waitress and then they forgot what ingredients I had in it so I had to wait 15 minutes for my waitress to come BACK over for me to tell her it wasnt right and then she gave me my other ingredients on the side.instead of asking if i wanted it re-made or anything. I understand they were kind of busy but If they are that under staffed hire more people. I did still leave her. I was a waitress and I understand they work basically for tips.
We usually get good service at IHOP, but our last visit was awful. The warrior staff is normally attentive even when busy. We went on Halloween and were one of maybe four other tables. Our waitress didn't check on us once and I had to hunt her down for items we needed.
Love, love, love!!! IHOP. It's my favorite breakfast place. I don't eat pork (pig) so the fact that I can order ANYTHING I want off the menu and substitute for turkey bacon/sausage is a huge win for me. :)
Great staff. Food did take some time for one of our party member time we all finished she got her food.. But other than that great overall
Smallest coffee cups I've ever seen for an adult . We ordered breakfast and when it came I told the server she forfot the toast. She then said, O you want toast? Then she went and got the toast. And when the bill came they charged $2.00 each for 2 of the smallest pieces if bread ever. For two people the toast alone was $3.98. I've been there several times before a couple years back. It was so different then. I'll never go to that I HOPE again.
