  • We did the tour and flight tasting and had a great time. Smiley was friendly, fun, & shared a lot of information with us. We had a small group, so we were able to ask all the questions we wanted, & she answered them all. The flight was wonderful, & we were able to find out which bourbons were to our taste. Thanks for offering us the chance to do something different in a totally different setting. Go Chattanooga Whiskey!

  • My wife and I did the distillery tour Saturday and had a great time! Corey, our tour guide, did a wonderful job keeping everything fun but also informative. The whiskey was delicious and there were even a few cocktails thrown in as well. This is a must-do in Chattanooga if you enjoy whiskey at all, and make sure to ask for Corey!

  • Had a great time on the Whiskey tour. Sarah was an excellent tour guide, and the whiskey flight at the end was wonderful. Pretty neat learning how this company helped to change the distilling laws in Tennessee. I purchased a bottle of the 91 bourbon to take back to Florida with me! Highly recommend this little distillery.

  • Great fun with friends from out of town (we bring all of our friends from out of town here!!) take the tour! Great fun and you learn about. If you are lucky Smiley will be your tour guide. She is FABULOUS!!! The tasting is fun and you get to try not only their flagship bourbons, but experimental ones as well. It all tops off with a couple great cocktails made with Chattanooga Whiskey. I promise it will be time well spent!

  • Chattanooga Whiskey is by far my favorite whiskey in all of Tennessee- and I’ve visited them all. The tour by Smiley was informative and personal (and great!) and the whiskey is complex and delicious. I highly recommend the 1816 native- of any barrel. Smiley even let me sample before buying!

  • Recently I tried putting Pallo Santis (a south American wood) in whiskey , it is very aromatic and a good taste. I suggest only a sliver of the wood in a bottle that is agitated on and off for a week, as a sample.
