Chetpet Ecopark Reviews & Ratings
A reasonably calm and pollution free place with vast area in the midst of the busy city, where you can practice jogging and brisk walking. Snack eateries and the lake with boating facilities are added attractions. The walkways and gardens are well maintained. Nearby residents can avail monthly pass and make a resolution to spend one hour of activities on daily basis, because... HEALTH IS WEALTH...
A nice scenic place for a break from mundane work. The place is right in middle of the busiest parts of Chennai, yet there is a serinity in it. Easily accessible by Metro the place has a long walking track with a small play area for kids. A well maintained place with Wheel chair accessibility for the needy. Every one have something to enjoy for themselves here.
A much needed green space in the heart of the city. The place charges a ₹25 entry fee for adults and parking as well. But thw beautifully planned park and well maintained tracks make up for it. The track is rather large and takes about 10 minutes of brisk walking to complete. There is a separate monthly members only section of the track that is less congested and has lots of ducks and other birds roaming around. Definitely recommended if you love nature and long walks.
Separate entry ticket and separate parking ticket. Good place to hangout with family and friends. There is a boat ride. Walking area. 3d movie area. And a decent cafeteria. They also allow fishing for a price.
It's nice. Boating available. A good place for kid's day out. You can plan a full day out. Food Court also available just right beside the park. Good place for those who loves to walk. Though I don't like the kids park area. There are less activities for kids. Only swings, marry go round ,rope climbing, slide. Less facilities for kids ,when it's more crowded that I don't feel good. They can add up some more fun activities. Fishing also available.
