  • The first maal in Chennai. in today's standards it may not look grand but it definitely has its own charm. All famous brands are present here. Famous restaurants have also opened branches here. A good place to shop leisurely, spend time happily and at the end dine in a relaxed manner. Good for outings in a cool space and to escape this hot summer.

  • Nice place to get time passed and here the clothes were too less in price and the clothes quality were really good. The food shops which are here was really appreciated. And no worries for 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler parking. Parking facility was good and safety here. Totally a good time passing place in chennai. The old shopping mall too. That was good.

  • Oldest mall in Chennai. Still known for its large collection of dresses and accessories in the cheepest rate. The cloths are so trendy and lasts good. Mobile accessories, shoes are genuine and wide range of collection are present. The mall can be refurbished to attract wide crowd. Need to be kept clean too. Otherwise, a finest place for shopping. Also the parking is big and charges very less compared with others.

  • Chennai's first fashionable mall, now distinctly unfashionable. All the big stores are gone, no youngsters go to eye each other, what's left? Haven't been there for years; went to take a look. The Kashmiri gift shops are still there. Tourists looking for shawls, embroidery, trinkets, will be well catered for. There's a lot of clothes, with a bazaar feeling. It always was a bit like a street market in a building. Now even more so. Add mobile phones etc etc. The camera shops are still there, although the one I was looking for was not open that day. The AC is on. Reports of its death are exaggerated. Slightly. Still worth an occasional visit.

  • Nice place of a good shopping experience. You can find many good outlets, handicraft shops, clothing and shoes, a lot and lot of handicraft products. A few joy rides for kids. Ample car park and bike parking facility available. Great for a weekend shopping experience.
