  • My family and I (like 20 people altogether!) went here the day after Halloween (November 1st). We lived about 2 minutes away so we were excited on giing the first time. The tickets were reasonable. And the scares were just.. awesome!! My daughter cried in the beginning when they were telling us the rules because she was already scared. They don't joke around! It was a wonderful experience for all of us and I enjoyed it. Will definitely go again!

  • This place is just right out bada$$...loved everything about it and will return year after year for the attraction...well done to to all the actors as they make the experience well worth the money, counting down the days for 2017 trip

  • Was here last year travel was 2 hours from marlton nj and we already talking about our return this year. Last year we had a Great experience altho the actors can be lil more scary but they get the job done. they also had a real psychic in the court yard who predicted a lot of things that came to pass during this summer ill be back there to see her this year. they had a guy who did some paint show, it was really cool to see such talent. they have simple food like chicken fingers, hot cidar, hot cocoa and fried oreos VIP ticket is the way to go!

  • This place was mind blowing and I only live 2 hours away trip wasn't so long but I loved the place

  • I've been going to Pennhurst the last few years, and this is one of the best haunts I've ever been to (& I've been to many). The atmosphere/setting, actors, props, EVERYTHING is extremely well done. There's not much that scares me, but even the walk up to the ticket booth from the parking area is unnerving. It's awesome. Like a previous user said - the amount of people (never seen anything like it) & long waits are ridiculous (2-3hrs min) BUT worth it in my opinion. They have actors walking throughout to keep you entertained, that stay in character, but do give you a moment to snap a picture if you'd like. The ONLY reason I gave it 4/5 stars is because it hasn't changed much from the 1st time I went. I'd like to see them change it up a bit for the loyal fans that come every year or add another building into the mix. I may even skip 2016 until I hear if anything is different, but I hope to be back. IF you've never been, I can't recommend this haunt enough!
