  • Talking with monks was an interesting experience. They answered both easy and difficult questions about Buddhism. They were very patient and pleasant to discuss with. It is a mutually beneficial experience, because monks can practice their English, and you can learn new things about their belief.

  • I did the one day meditation and it was really interesting. Phra KK, the monk was cool and explained a lot in a fun way. You start with a presentation about Buddhism, then they teach some basic meditation techniques: seating on a chair, seating on the floor, walking, lying down. At the end of the day, everyone can ask any questions about Buddhism and meditation. It's free but it's good to donate. The one day meditation is every Friday, go and book before or by email. They have also a two days, starts on Tuesday 1pm, ends on Wednesday afternoon, you stay overnight in the center, out of the city. It's 500 with the meals. My opinion, go there to start learning about meditation and Buddhism, it's worth a day.

  • We had the one day meditation retreat with Phra KK, it's a big 'go'. This is a very nice introduction to Boudhism and a good beginner practice for meditation. A great way to spend a day in Chiang Mai

  • Did the one day meditation and monk chat, it was very well organized and insightful !

  • Great place to chat to the monks and learn meditation. I did the one day madetiation course on friday (it's free). Learnt a lot about buddhist and meditation. It was great to talk to the monks and learn about their life. They offer a two day meditation retreat from thursday to wednesday. I can only recommend the experience :)
