Unhelpful and even rude staff. Tried to rent an ATB. Personnel was reluctant to help. When I informed where to get cycling shorts the woman wanted me to give a tip only when I signed a renting contract. I told her I didn't understand and the woman provocatively articulated her last sentence.
Rented a road bike for three days. Staff spoke excellent English and were very accomodating to try different pedals on the spot to suit my cycling shoes. Bicycle rents are not on the cheap side, but as far as i know this is the only place in Chiang Mair with road bikes available for rent. Had no chance to try their tours yet, but from what i saw and from talking to their staff i can tell they got experienced guides.
Unhelpful. Wanted to rent a bike and they couldn't help with delivering it to my hotel (even if I paid extra). Was ready to pay but they preferred to lose the business. Went down the road and no problem.
Excellent tour. Bikes in good condition, and good guide.
Bied te weinig wat voor zijn geld. Je hoort wel interessante zaken, de tocht is aardig. Maar niet te vergelijken met Bangkok.
