The Whole Earth, Chiang Mai Reviews
The garden setting is very nice and the decor is pleasing. However we found the service to be very rude. The food was good (we had thee vegetarian dishes). BEWARE its very expensive and they charge tax and service charge on top. (Normally only the top hotels charge this) Overall was not an awful dinner however paying top price should mean that the service is impeccable! We won’t be back! Save yourself some money and eat like the locals do at one of the many night markets.
The meal had no taste. The bread was hard. Indian food had a thai touch. Food pricey even more than a 5star restaurant. Service and ambience was good. Not fully vegetarian as it claims. Most of the menu was non vegetarian. I visited this restaurant some 8years back and the food quality and taste was excellent. It is not the same now. I was really disappointed.
Interesting restaurant. Decent food. Big menu. Not sure if I would go back but I might give it another shot.
Lovely surroundings and nice atmosphere but the food was a bit rubbish. Didn't like the pineapple rice at all and asked for a medium salad but they brought us the spicey one. Lovely but way too hot!
Really good food and generous portions. A mix of Indian and Thai and a lot of veggie options. The only problem was the drinks that I've seen other recommended. They were 300-380 baht which is on the expensive side for Thailand, and imo not really worth it.
