The Wacker Street runs south side of the main branch and the east side of the south branch of the Chicago River in the Loop. The upper level of tis street serves the local traffic while the lower levels serves the heavy vehicular traffic. The upper level is known as the Upper Wacker Drive and the lower level is called the Lower Wacker Drive. Here you can just drive past, or take a stroll on the sidewalks and watch the many luxurious cars zoom past you.
