It is a 10 storey fine arts building, also known as Studebaker building, was built in 1884. The two granite columns at the entrance of the building are known to be the largest monolithic shafts in the country. The interior features and art mural range back to the 1898 renovation. Deeply in sync with its name, it houses artist’s loft, art galleries, theatre, dance and recording studios, interior design firms, musical instrument makers and other businesses associated with the arts.
