Tours for Grant Park
About Grant Park, Chicago
Despite having to contend with some popular neighbors like the Millenium Park or the Art Museum, the Grant Park manages to hold it’s own with it’s geometrical French layout, beautiful monuments, statuary and carefully trimmed flowerbeds. It’s a favorite of joggers, stroller and cyclists. The famous Buckingham fountain sits at it’s centre, and a statue of Abraham Lincoln is not too far off. Near an Agora sculpture, you’ll find a decent restaurant. This is a good weekend retreat. It also hosts two festivlas in the Summer: The Chicago Outdoor Film Festival and the Grant Park Music Festival.
