Was great if your a die hard Nutella fan. Was beyond difficult finding parking anywhere, I was dropped off to go stand in line. There was a security guard outside, super nice, who had me form a line outside until some people exited from inside. Then I had to stand in another line inside. Very cute place, wish it had way more seating though. Once I ordered and found a place to sit (about an hour total) my family found parking and joined me. Everything we ordered was good. Had Nutella French toast, pancake, sandwich and Nutella strawberry crepe.
Cute Cafe with a clean interior. The line moves reasonably fast. At busy times, they have a security guard hold people outside to keep the inside from getting crazy. We had the iced hot chocolate and the fondue with cookies. The hot chocolate was just okay. The fondue was really just creamy Nutella in a serving dish. Plenty for 2-4 people.
First let me start off with saying over charging. Charged us $25 for two crepes. And manager just rude. She definitely needs to be changed. Place really small and chairs uncomfortable. Line was over 45-50min. Not worth it. I just want my money back.
The taste of everything is good.... However, it's nothing you haven't tried elsewhere yet. You can find Nutella Crepes just about anywhere and they taste the same honestly. There are not a lot of food/drink options and everything's very expensive. Definitely not worth the hype, nor the 25+ min wait. The staff seemed overwhelmed, but they weren't rude. I wouldn't go again.
This new venue is very popular so be prepared to stand in line. I found that the line did move fairly swiftly and people were polite to one another. There is a security man at the door letting in people one group at a time. I can only imagine that they are choosing this because of safety reasons (restaurants can only take so many people inside before there are fire hazard issues, etc.). But he is very polite as well. The food is pretty good, not outstanding but it is solid fare. But the service is EXCELLENT. Every single person who works there was polite, kind, obliging, and when our food took forever they gave us free Nutella Gelato and not just a skimpy serving - HUGE cups for the three of us. We sat outside, which was lovely and I saw the workers coming out every few minutes to clean, check on patrons, and to see if anyone wanted anything. Unfortunately, there is no way to tip these lovely people! You can't even leave a tip on your bill when you pay at the counter. This seems like a problem to me because these people should be rewarded for their excellent service.
