  • Their food is awesome! Egg drop soup I have never seen in such big bowl and very tasty. Very good size Chuan. One of the best in Chicago. I wish the server quality is much better. Other than that food is great!

  • The food is not bad. The servers are inexperienced and entitled. I didn't expect good service from small restaurants in Chinatown but this place went below my expectation. They shocked me by charging us 18% service fee for a group of 4 which is not normal in any restaurant I've been to. When asked why, the host said we were sitting at a round table. I asked him if it's written anywhere on the menu or have a sign that mentions this rule and the host just shrugged and looked at us blindly waiting for us to just leave him alone. I normally give about 20% so I've saved 2% but it just doesn't sit well with me.

  • Damn good. I was looking for some off the beaten path authentic good Chinese food. This place was awesome and I will be back next time I am in Chicago. The dumplings, noodles and pork bun appetizers were amazing.

  • You know it's authentic when it's full of Chinese people in the restaurant! I rarely venture from Chinatown square and am so happy we did. This is a newer establishment with a very nice modern interior and they brought out the dishes as they were ready. The food tasted very authentic and delicious - perfect for lunch or dinner! Big plus if you can speak Chinese to order.

  • I normally don't eat sichuan food, so I was excited to visit with family a while back. Sadly, we were disappointed with food that was inedibly salty & the oldest (most fiberous) pea pod tips I've ever had. The only passable dish we had was the dandan mian & the service was OK, but will definitely not visit again.
