Really nice rooms, and the staff was super friendly. The only weird thing was the lights. They have nice wall switches next to the bed for the lamps and overhead lights. Apparently they don't work for the lamps and they're moving to these weird buttons inside the lampshades. Much less convenient, and there was no indication how to turn on the lights. It was only after we called the front desk and they sent someone up were we told about how to turn on the lamps...
If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around... Spent some time at the rooftop bar. It was incredible looking out into the city. The space was very open and bright, but still had a decent amount of seating room. The bartenders were very nice and made the drinks quickly. I would go back again.

Very modern with large rooms and floor-to-ceiling windows. We were surprised to find such luxuriously decorated rooms for the reasonable price we payed. There is a bar (more like a club) inside the hotel, as well as a restaurant. You will have to pay for parking, but the garage is connected to the hotel. This hotel is very well situated in easy walking distance from Chicago's most popular restaurants (especially for tourists) and many of the better-known bars and clubs. Only issue I could find with the place is that every sound from the bathroom can be heard in the bedroom.
Dinner on the first floor was ok. There's better Italian within a few bucks, but there's worse, to. Had dessert at the balcony bar. They played a dance hall version of Nirvana's "Rape me" at 5 in the afternoon, which I think explains how classy the place is. Bad espresso, friendly service, all the food comes from the first floor.
