The Court Barn Museum opened in 2007 and this small yet interesting Museum is set inside a seventeenth-century barn. The barn earlier belonged to the adjacent Campden House but the grand house was burnt down at the time of the Civil War. The Museum exhibits the work of 9 luminaries of the Arts and Crafts movement that celebrated the conventional artisan during the industrialisation age. Interesting displays at the Museum include sculptures, jewellery, book-bindings as well as several other crafts. Also at the Museum, you would be able to see videos that tell the story of how the Movement came to Chipping Campden which is pretty fascinating as well.
