  • Great place to stay, walking distance to Ginza (shopping district). Staff very friendly & helpful. Loved the massage chair in the room after a long flight. Only negative is found it a bit difficult to find from Yurakucho train station, but just asked some people and turned out they were heading to the same place!

  • Helpful staff. Smooth check in and a great location near the rail line.

  • Stayed here for 3 nights in 2 different rooms. Rooms were spacious and quiet, and the massage chair was a nice way to relax after long days of walking. Very close to the JR station and to a subway. A very cool side alley between the hotel and the JR station comes alive at night, well worth a look. Staff were nice and the breakfast was pretty good.

  • Stayed at Remm and was surprised by how small the rooms were. I thought Hong Kong hotels were small...Tokyo is on another level! Room was very comfortable, excellent location, and staff was super friendly. Would definitely consider Remm for another stay in the future.

  • Nice location, clean rooms but very small rooms and beds are very small for 2 people.
