Rem Hibiya, Chiyoda Reviews
very nice and helpful staff. the rooms are nice, clean, and cozy but be aware that the rooms are small to say the least. we had two luggages and it was a bit of a squeeze. however I'm not the type to say space is a deal breaker for hotels. nevertheless I've thought to myself I wouldn't mind coming back to the hotel in the future for a weekend. it's even located in a nice and fun area!
I was so disappointed with this hotel for number of reasons - rooms are super small. It's simply just a bed. The rooms have no windows. The room layout is weird. You enter the room and hit the bed right away, then through the glass windows you see a toilet and a shower. However, I should note that rooms are clean and newly refurbished. The staff speaks almost no English and communication is a challenge. The location is good and breakfast is decent.
Great location since it's right off the subway. A very short walk to the imperial palace park, ginzo core and a 20 min walk to Tokyo station. The staff is very friendly, can speak English for travelers like me who can't speak a work of Japanese. Doesn't have a lot of food options in the hotel but with so many options in walking distance it shouldn't matter. Definitely recommended.
Location was convenient, close to train stations and lots of food. The service was good, they helped me ship a package and retrieve it when I checked in.
Super small hotel (but well, it's a standard in Japan). the stuff somehow super obsessed about bringing the iron back after an hour. No english channels except for CNN.
