You will find a number of medieval churches in Cinque Terra. However, if you wish to visit one which is the most popular, you should visit Chiesa di San Lorenzo, a quaint yet historically important church. Built in the 14th century, this church offers you a study in art and architecture of those times. There is a splendid rosary window (built in 1375), the triptych which highlights Madonna with the Child and Saints (this triptych decorates the main altar) and other corners that make your visit worth remembering. This is an essentially Italian church since its decoration was majorly carried out by local artists.

  • Since this is a church, modest clothing in recommended.
  • Ask the locals for exact timings of the church.
  • Entry is free.

  • By Bus Station: Manarola Mulino

  • Impressive that I was built in such a remove place, But the church isn't much of architectural interest

  • Prekrasno mjesto

  • Když už jdeme kolem, proč by chom se nepodívali. A docela pěkná gotika od 14. st. Na dřvější rybářskou osadu úplné veledílo.
