  • I was very pleased with the Comfort Inn. From the front desk reception, Sandra to the continental breakfast worker, the hotel was very clean. The bed pillows were so comfortable, I looked them up to see if I could order some for myself; the bed was comfortable as well. Overall; very pleased.

  • I reluctantly gave this hotel 3 stars Because the staff was so nice. The first room we had obviously had a water damage smell. My husband is allergic to mold so we had to move. The night clerk at the desk was very accommodating and moved us asap. My other family member had to be moved because their room hadn't been cleaned yet. She was the only person working that night. Out next room was much better. Only thing is now we were on the 2nd floor and my mother who is over 70 had to walk up these steep steps. The water machine and the ice machine didn't work. The The side doors didn't require a key to get in. My cousin found a random 4 year old wandering The halls unattended. They had to find his parent. The food was ok at best. Again, the staff was very nice. We didn't ask For a discount though one should have been offered we stayed about 4 days. For the prices of the rooms I expected a better quality but I will say the lady with the dog and the other front desk attendant was very nice to us, also. We didn't complain to the staff, because a convention was going on at the same time we didn't want to add to the headache. I will have to think twice about staying again. But if I absolutely had to, I probably will.

  • This is my second time here within a few months, the fast time the toilet over flowed, the microwave was missing we were moved to another room the air condition didn't work in that room we were moved the second time. This time I made a previous reservation 4 a king size bed on the first floor , I was told my reservation would be emailed to me. I never got my email , I called for a late check-in the reservation was nowhere to be found. The only thing that was available then was it double and of course it cost more. Upon checking in that room the air conditioner didn't work after reporting that to the front desk I was told that maintenance would get right on it we left for approximately five hours phone returning the air still didn't work. I'm not maintenance but my closest diagnosis is that they only needed to replace the batteries in the wall thermostat. Also the closet was closed and the handle to open the closet was broken so I had to pry it open.
