Dawson Falls is a famous waterfall which was founded by George Herbert Dawson. The fall derived its name from the name of its founder. While you are standing at the bridge which is adjacent to the fall, you can enjoy the full view of it. The Well Gray Park is situated near the fall where you can find a pyramid campground with 50 sites to accommodate. From here you can get glimpses of the north-east side of the fall. In the shoreline of the river which flows down the fall you can find lava compacted gravels and sand are deposited. Dawson Falls forms a swirling site where you can find that the water is coming through a small cave from the cliffs of the rock.
