The Pet Porpoise Pool is a popular attraction among the tourists. Apart from the obvious ‘porpoise’ the aquarium also plays host to a few reef fish, baby crocodiles, seals, penguins and turtles. There’re interactive shows held, on a daily basis and yes, it’s possible to get kissed by a dolphin. They have a few other private shows where you can play ball, swim and pet and feed the dolphins or the seals- the prices of these group tours vary depending on the season.

Excellent park with lots to see and interact with. In my opinion, much better than some larger parks. The dolphin and seal kisses are free and you are allowed to take your own photos, but the photos they take aren't too expensive anyway and are great quality. Unfortunately they won't give you the digital versions - printed (on photo paper) only. The feeding times are great, with more than one chance to feed the residents (seals, fish, rays, turtles and penguins, but not the dolphins), but I recommend coming in for the morning session - the afternoon session is far more crowded. Roaming the place is also Andrew the Lyrebird who is friendly and walks very close to you. The whole thing is very family friendly - nothing is out of reach of adults or kids. Morning session starts at 10am and finishes by midday, but the gate is open at 9am. Afternoon session starts at 1pm and finishes by 3pm. Cafe open until 2pm.
Great place. The animals looked well kept and happy, the show was fantastic, very hands on and for a great price. My family very much enjoyed it and they do a lot of turtle rehabilitation as well. money well spent! These animals are rescues or bread in captivity, they would not survive in the ocean. they just released a turtle back into the wild after rehabilitation and the show was natural behavior they do in the wild and showing how the seals are trained so the trainers can check they are in good health, they also have a vet onsite
Great place. If you're concerned about animal crueltilty there's probably a million dogs and cats alone that are mistreated in Australia that deserve your attention more than these animals. looked healthy and happy and at very least they are educating and active in animal protection. Bit pricey for less than 2 hours entertainment but probably worth the experience.
Great place to show children the exploitation of marine life in action. Teach them marine animals are here for human entertainment/'education' and creatures, such as dolphins, which have been found to be more intelligent and emotionally evolved than humans, should be made to preform simplistic tricks for dead fish while living their whole life in an area they may spend 2 minutes of their life in (if they were in the ocean). Considering their sensitive hearing, the reverberating sounds bouncing off their tanks and wild screaming & clapping from ill informed crowds is a form of torture. If you want to teach your kids about marine life, take them to the ocean, read them a book or watch a documentary. Don't, for the love of dolphins, bring them here.
If their is one thing to put on your bucket list its this place . From the moment you enter to the friendly staff whom are more than helpful to answer questions direct you and assist you . To seeing how happy the dolphins , seals and penguins are . Myself amd family were covered in Goosebumps and smiles from ear to ear . This is an experience you will never forget and will keep remembering forever on the shows and education are amazing and the kisses from the dolphins and seals are a once in a life time opportunity . The entry fee to get in is absolutely value for money and the photos to purchase of your kisses are cheap enough you won't leave with out yours, the cafe is so yummy and really great value as well. I could not fault the place . It is absolutely a must. Again thank you to the staff for such an amazing experience I hope this Park is open so my son can take his children their also.
