National Zoological Gardens Of Sri Lanka, Colombo Reviews
Parking area is not sufficient. Wheelchair / go cart accessible. On demand shuttle service within premises available. Food, beverages, drinking water, lavatories available. Clean and neat restaurant is there. Good collection of animals there. Shold and can be further improved. Elephant dancing is attractive.
Very nice place to spend the whole day. Well developed now and larger carnivores are in open which is great and they look healthy. There could be more information about animals but still a good informative zoo. Restaurant quality is medium and there won't be a menu card even if there a menu there won't be available. I would still recommend this place. It's a well maintained zoo with a lot of animals.
The place seems to be much organized and clean than the previous time went there. Lot of facilities for the covenice of the public. Seems animals are well looked after. Even the staff was very helpful in getting directions and information. Nice place to visit with family.
less maintaining... cages condition is very pathetic... most of cages are empty. They not properly clean cages. Very less amount of foods they offer to animals. Tickets are not expensive. Very less parking facility in that area. Most of time so many vehicles park at both side of the road. New cages are some what ok.
It has been upgraded and very nice to spend a day out with family. Tickets prices are convenient. It is up to expected standards for foreign visitors as well. Only thing that the tickets for foreigners are very cheap.
