This church may be the only real remaining evidence that once upon a time, Ceylon had a significant Scottish presence. They were tea-planters longing for home, and though they built this church, they are here no longer. Now it is a Protestant place of worship, with a congregation of immigrants, locals and tourists. Stepping in is like stepping into another world. You can forget for a moment that you are in Colombo, when you see the stained glass and white walls and the bare stone, and you hear the singing. The starkness is very engaging somehow. You must catch the choir service. It's magic.

St Andrews Presbyterian Church Reviews & Ratings
one of they few curches that has a pipe organ and retain the dutch ambience. Love the church and been here for a lot of ceramonies. has a nice lawn, a hall behind the church and enough parking for about 30+ vehicles
Great church for weddings! I’ve only always come here for weddings, and it’s a great location. Looks quite inviting, very good location, and has so much history here. People are also usually hosting their mini-receptions following weddings here, and the backyard is perfect for a small, and intimate reception. The garden, and greenery works quite well. I love it, and I know they do have regular services, so maybe, I’ll check it out some day :)
One of the best church in Colombo very convenient to reach. It's a very good place to relax and religious activities. Also, it has a beautiful surrounding and historical interior inside. Theres a pipe organ and a piano there. Also, there's another piano in the hall. It's also a good place for choir practice.
Beautiful Anglican church along Galle road, easily accessible and a good place to go on a Sunday.
Just truly beautiful and you feel heavenly when you step inside this church
