Memorial Park Reviews & Ratings
Average but lots of fun seeing people give it a shot. Sometimes they need to pay better attention to their surroundings and not just charge ahead. Parking for this area can be hit and miss. Park else where and walk there while enjoying the scenery will do your soul good. Can be a great spot for photographers with skaters needing pics with pikes peak as backdrop and after sunset so there isnt harsh shadows.
Went there during Memorial weekend for the Hot Air Balloon Fest just like in this picture. Perfect place for it. Park is always in great shape and clean. We appreciate it.
We went on vacation here for Labor Day 2019 during there Glow Festival. There was live music, tons of food vendors, Glow items for purchase and tons of hot air balloons. The glow ceremony was awesome...we had a blast.
Professionally built park by Team Pain, unlimited lines to create. Massive bowl with pool coping. A flow bowl. Wooden Half pipe and 6' mini ramp. I only give 4 stars because of the lack of a standard flat bar and box there is also a lot of people and some snakey locals on occasion.
This is a place to hang out and roller blade, bike, or skateboard. It is cement and has places be to do tricks. I have seen all ages here. Everyone gets along and doesn't get in the way. This is in a city park that has many other things to do.
