The Space Foundation is a global, non-profit organization dealing with space awareness activities. If you want to learn more about space and the universe, head over to the Space Foundation Discovery Center situated in Colorado Springs. On display at the centre’s museum are interesting and intriguing objects, items and artefacts. Having many interactive exhibits, the Space Foundation Discovery Center is a must visit if you are in town with your children.

• Groups consisting of children aged 18 or younger must be chaperoned by at least one adult per ten children.
• Running or other conduct that could potentially damage exhibits or endanger or disturb visitors will lead to removal from property.
• Eating, drinking, chewing gum, smoking, gambling or possessing or being under the influence of alcohol or illegal drugs will lead to removal from property.
• Wilfully defacing, destroying, altering, damaging, removing or tampering with Space Foundation property, including structures, furnishings, fixtures, artefacts, exhibits, equipment and/or computers will lead to removal from property.
• Handling artefacts, exhibits or equipment will lead to removal from property.
• Leaning, climbing or sitting on exhibits or display cases will lead to removal from property.
• Non-flash personal photography is permitted in non-restricted areas; reporters, professional photographers, videographers or cinematographers must contact the Space Foundation communications department for approval to photograph, tape, film or conduct interviews in the Discovery Center.
