  • I've been to a lot of haunts and I've gotta say this one is definitely My favorite! There are some amazing actors and the scares are really well thought out. Also on the outside of the haunt there are games and stands for people to enjoy! 10/10 I would and WILL go back and bring my family!

  • We did the haunted house and it was a lot of fun; definitely worth the visit. If you go, do yourself a favor and spend the extra $10 for the fast line. Four stars only because of the exceedingly long wait in line...three hours.

  • The haunted house was awesome, it was pretty long so value wise it was definitely worth the 26.00- 36.00 because we upgraded to VIP if you go on a Friday or Saturday definitely upgrade because the wait was over 3 hours long if you don't, with VIP we waited 25 minutes. They sell concessions and shirts, they also have random carnival games which I Thought was neat and fire twirlers which was cool to watch. If you get cold they have fire barrel warming stations. They only take cash but do have a ATM on site- it is faster to go around back and purchase your tickets at the concession stands. If you want to do the manor and the forest it is 40.00 + 20.00 if you upgrade to VIP. I would have given a 5 star review except half way through we got disoriented and almost went out an exit a honest mistake and the 3 of us were berated for it by one of the female employees- she was yelling at us that the sign was right in front of our faces and some other nasty stuff I won't bother repeating even as we left her area she continued yelling at us so that was a downside of the experience if that wouldn't have happened it would have been a solid 5

  • Great haunted house for the entire family, plus a whole lot more! Glass blowing, vendor tables, and a portable escape room this year! I recommend getting your haunt on here 💀👹🎃

  • From what I was able to go through this place is awesome. I had a slight medical incident and the fire/emt crew helped me and stayed with me until I was able to get my group. The cast stayed in character while helping me as well. I would love to go back again and view the whole thing. I would recommend Rotten Manor to any haunt seekers out there.
