Considering the landscape, this is arather abrpt attraction. You would not expect to find a pretty grotto waterfall at such a random location in a city. When the city realised it's appeal, they built a boardwalk and overlook from where the pretty 35 foot waterfall could be best appreciated, but also so that people stayed off the actual land; the waterfall needed to be preserved. Look around some picnic tables. All things considered, it's a surprisingly wild and untamed looking place. Perfect for selfies.
