Whitewater World, Coomera Reviews
Great water park. Better for the little kids when it's heated (during colder months), as the water is often quite cold when it's not heated, even in warmer months. A variety of rides for a range of ages and abilities. Several areas suitable for small children. Often the big rides have a long wait time. Be sure to remove all jewellery, hair clips, watches, etc., as you will be asked to remove these for some rides.
Some great thrill rides! And it was neat having photo facilities on several rides to help capture the moments, many happy memories were made from relaxing in the giant wave pool to zooming down the tube in The Wedgie! Loved the tube rides, especially as nearly all of them had the ability to carry the tube up for you, which was one let down at Wet n' Wild. Lot's of fun and so conveniently located directly next to Dreamworld. Can't wait to return for more fun!! Thanks :)
It would be a fantastic place for most. However at 130 kilos the rides did not allow me to ride with my partner at 74 kilos. Also making the 4 group rides not possible as my mates are around the 90-100 kilos. More oriented towards teens and families.
Loved it, we had the best time. Went with our 6 and 7 yr olds and they thought it was amazing...as did the grown ups! No queues and we went on again and again. Chilly on the stairs with some wind but lovely when the sun was out and the water is all heated. Beware the Green Room is intense! Really scary (but we went on 3 times!).
This is a nice water park, especially if you have a Dreamworld season pass or tickets and aren't planning on going to the Village Roadshow parks (which include Wet & Wild). It has multiple slides and a wave pool and is fun for the whole family. Tickets to Dreamworld get you entry to WhiteWater World, along with all the other Dreamworld attractions and rides. I think WhiteWater World deserves three stars, but Dreamworld is worth five, so I recommend going.
