Geological Museum - Review
At the Geological Museum you can investigate and uncover progressively about the Solar system and the Earth, and the powers of nature which have formed our own particular planet and life upon it through a large number of years.
You can see minerals from everywhere on the planet, one of the planet's best shooting star gatherings, a bit of the moon carried home by Apollo 17, fossilised creatures, plants and the land development of Denmark and Greenland.
The gallery's exhibits can be dated as far back as the 1600s and the Royal Cabinet of Curiosities. This is among the series of museums that also act as educational institutes taken care of by the University of Copenhagen. Hence, one can find these facilities to be state of the art.

Geological Museum, Copenhagen Reviews
A nice place for anyone. The collection is big and very interesting to see especially in combination with the history of the universe introduction at the beginning. There is currently dinosaurs exposition that is worth the time as well. Interesting place for children. The ticket can be used in other museums during the same day.
Nice little museum next to Rosenborg Palace and Botanical garden. There are two points floors in the museum. The first floor displays minerals and meteorites. The latter are quite interesting, meteorites are not usually seen in museums. The second floor has got dinosaur fossils accompanied by colorful paintings. This dinosaur floor is designed for children.
Nice museum. Currently the top floor is a very nice dinosaur exhibit (plus a rock exhibit). Including a huge tubosaurus (T-Rex) skeleton. Downstairs planetary exhibit is a bit disappointing. We went on a Saturday and there was no option to buy food onsite (except ice cream and water in the gift shop) cool info: the ticket is also good for “zoologisk museum” 2kms away on the same day The staff is really nice and very knowledgeable
Nice place if you're into science!
Amazing place. Dont fail to come.
