Unlike other public parks in Copenhagen, the Superkilen merges art with a recreational place where you can relax on one of the benches, take a walk amidst the green space and explore the local life. The whole park is divided in three areas- the Red Square, the Green Park and the Black market. The park oozes colour, art and some great food to complement the place and is one of the place you would love to explore if you are looking for a quiet place.
The Red Square resonates the urban life complete with sports, music and a café where you can spend some time in the morning. The Black Square has a beautiful fountain and benches that are perfect to sit and see the world go by while the Green Park is apt for a sunny picnic. The highlight of the place has to be the groovy skateboarding area- unique in its design. The park’s design juxtaposes against the historic buildings that are located nearby and is exactly why it is one of the most understated yet beautiful attractions around the city. Do take time to admire the art elements that represent influences from all over the world.

Well, the only interesting thing in this park was those funny stripes, which are indeed must see attraction. I thought it’s much bigger but it was very small in real. Although if you have kids it’s probably good place to visit, there are several slides and other attractions for them.
A little run down and they were working on parts of it while we were there but it is an innovative public space and a useful oasis.
This is a fun spot to bike to just outside the center of Copenhagen. The unique location is good for a few photos. However, I was disappointed by the damaged state of some of the equipment at the park.
One of the most recognizable landmarks in Copenhagen. Wonderful place with plenty attractions from different cultures. During the summer there are lots of events happening there, with live music, food trucks and performers. Must see.
I'm not sure why this is considered a tourist attraction. It's a nice enough park but certainly nothing special.
