You will love this place because of its wide range of collection. The staff is fantastic, and they prepare the food in the most authentic ways. You must try the swordfish box which is the main attraction of this place. You will get a lot of hot homemade chips here at a reasonable cost. The fresh food and friendly atmosphere will make your time beautiful.

The Fish Wife, Cork Reviews
Nice fish and chips. Lovely service. Sat inside. Bit cramped
Fabulous Haddock Box.. mushy peas and tartar sauce were delicious. Really nice girl serving customers. Very upbeat and friendly!
Tasty fish and chips. Brilliant that they cook fish without batter!
Very good fish and chips. Portions are very abundant, especially chips, make sure you have enough room in your stomach.
So.... I was told to try this place as best fish and chips in city. So expectation was set pretty high and i was disappointed. Now dont get me wrong, it was fine, i ate it all but i wasnt moved. I i was not told it was best i would have give it 4 stars since it was ok plus history plus ambiance it would be solid 4 but this way i have to give 3. Few have mentioned is was greasy and it was. Chips could have been better preseason and precooked to get that starch running so they would be golden after fryer. Overall there are better places that i would go to. But if you havent tried please do its worth your time anyways.
