  • Great place to catch a ferry during sunset and come back in the dark to watch the San Diego skyline. You can easily walk to the gas lamp district to get some food and do some shopping. You can also access the San Diego convention center when you rock. You can get a good walk on the Coronado Islands side or rent bikes to ride along the coast. They have plenty of activities in the area to keep the whole family busy. You can find vendors by the side that rent jet skis or kayaks.

  • Such a beautiful place, especially at night. The view of the San Diego cityline is spectacular and the water is always calm because of the harbor. There is a ferry that takes you across the bay to two locations. It is very frequent so you don't have to wait long. Plenty of animals and wildlife to see here. Lots of restaurants and bathrooms nearby. A wonderful experience!

  • Really cute place, less crowded than Seaport Village. If you aren't as lucky as I am to live in San Diego then I would suggest taking a Ferry here for the day (during the week), especially if you want a more serene or romantic experience. Less tourists, handful of nice restaurants, and of course beautiful weather!

  • If you want to take the best picture of the city of San Diego, this is the place to do it. Day or night the view is spectacular. There are several shops, some fast food restaurants and some higher-end restaurants. Beautiful location.

  • If you haven't been on the Coronado island in San Diego you are missing out. The weather is awesome and the views of the city are just great. Parking could be a challenge though but don't let that stop you. A stroll on the beach, wonderful views and great food - it's all there. If you pay $10 per person you can take the ferry to the city and back. If you have time, stop by the famous Coronado Hotel. Visit the area and enjoy the beach.
