The visitor centre was built in late 1970s and the architecture is beautiful as it resembles a generator rotor. At the visitor centre, there is an evening laser light show which is a wonderful sight. ‘One River, Many Voices’ is the new laser show which premiered in 2014. The visitor centre has undergone lots of renovation which includes the exhibits and displays, showing the importance of Grand Coulee’s role in irrigation and flood control.
