Uninterested employers of bus company gives limeted information. Reminds of soviet service.
A simple bus station with lots of carriers. Beware of Patagonicas buses here, they will sell you tickets for buses that don't run. That being said, I got my money back when I made it to Cochrane, so the company is good, I just hated them there in Coyhaique. There are no services here, so beware and bring water/snacks ahead of time. Most buses leave at 9-10am and they open around 8:30. Do what the locals do and just go at 8:30-9 and buy your ticket(s) with open companies to wherever you're headed. And do yourself a favor, take a bus to Tranquilo and stay a few days instead of the one-day roundtrip tours. You can read about that at RoK Gi Yeon travel (Home is Where my Feet Are).
The lady working at the ticket counter was extremely rude and unhelpful. It seems that you need to book tickets really far in advance.
OK. You get what you need in a small town when searching for buses. Ask the drivers about the right bus in case your company has 2 departure times for the same destination.
They close very early
