  • A nice place! Suite rooms are great and feel like a good value. Do note that there's no air conditioning, but the rooms do have multiple fans.

  • Ten years ago I would have given Crested Butte 5 stars. Driving through town now they actually have traffic and it has become popular just like all the other resort towns. It is still beautiful just like the early 90's, its just lost that small town feel. My suggestion is to avoid weekends. It is still one of my favorite mountain towns.

  • I didnt stay at the resort but did go through them to purchase ski lift tickets for downhill bike trails. It was simple and they were clear about what parts of the resort would cost or be free. All they charged for was the lift tickets. Parking, entry, etc were all free. There aren't a plethora of places to eat but for the size of the area it's pretty good and the restaurants are great original quality. I'd recommend the burger place and the place that's serves watermelon as a side. There's an awesome coffee shop in the entry way. All around had a straight forward and fun experience at the resort.

  • Visited here for the mountain biking. Trails were good but could have been better maintained as they were very beat up by August when we visited. Stayed in a condo on the mountain. Great mountain with good access to adventure for most skill levels. Hiking and biking, lift access and plenty at the base to keep the kids entertained on a summer day. Nice shops provide a good mix of clothes and gear for all your mountain adventures and the typical souvenirs to take home with you. Food was good everywhere I tried and typical of mountain resort pricing for most. Definitely would recommend a visit here.

  • We came to Crested Butte for the OuterBike festival and it was amazing. There were tons of great bike companies who brought their best rides to demo down Mt. Crested Butte. The trails were fun from greens to blacks and the views were beautiful. The resort and event staff did a great job running the check-in, lifts, and meals just to name a few. We loved the entire experience and will definitely be coming back next year.
