  • Overall this place has a good concept but they need to be more flexible. We went to this place on August 2nd, 2017 and because of weather we went on the ski lift and that's it. The resort was closed throughout the whole day due to thunderstorms and we didn't get a discount for the next day nor did we get our money back. We talked to a manager about it and he wouldn't do anything at all for us. We came back after the thunderstorm passed and weren't able to do anything because they closed the activities 2-3 hours early because they saw lightning from the storm that just passed and Wednesdays were supposedly the days where they keep everything up later than usual. At the end of the day we wasted over $100 for a ski lift ride! Also the gold mining is a scam. It is dirt bags with the possibility of getting fools gold. This is unbelievable and I do not recommend going here.

  • Great downhill mountain without crowds. Nice deck to have an after-ride beverage on while watching people come down the jump lines. Food is very good, a tad pricey, but not too bad.

  • Summers used to be a ghost town up here. Not anymore. The lifts are running so you can hike or bike the mountain, excellent bars and restaurants are open, disc golf, free live music. Lots of activities for kids or adults.

  • Great mountain with a good variety of terrain. To me, it's definitely a destination (as opposed to commuter) mountain. This was great for us at our last trip when we got a late snowfall and there was no one on the hill with us!! Would love to come back in summer to bike it - and probably will at some point. We got 3 days free on the Super Pass, but a pass is exorbitant even compared with Epic rates.

  • Visited for Outerbike August 2017. The staff, lifts, and trails where all top notch. I hope they continue to expand and build more MTB trail and possibly open another lift for bikes.
